Potential methodological problems with the Nature cancer microbiome paper[edit]

Knight's lab published a paper in 2020 in Nature regarding the cancer microbiome [1]; recent results have shown major flaws in the data and methods used in the paper [2]. It has been noteworthy [3], so it's possible that a section could be added to the article addressing it once the refutation paper has gone through peer review.
