Contested deletion[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because Robert Sheats was not only important in preventing the Japanese from finding significant amounts of silver coins in the Philippines (which would have supported the war effort) but was also an important contributor to the SEALAB projects. I plan to add quite a bit more detail to this article as time allows.
