Father of the house[edit]

Rod Richards is registered as the 'Father of the House' of the National Assembly between 1999 and 2000. This is problematic becuase all those elected in 1999 were inaugral members. I seem to remember that Richards was the first to be sworn in (I distinctly remember a Mumph cartoon in the Western Mail) - can this be verified? As this is the usual criteria for determining seniority in legislatures, does anyone have a record of the order of seniority/swearing in so that the list can be updated? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Rhysdj (talk • contribs) 15:44, 5 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
