Biased & Autobiographical[edit]
As most of the controversial issues have been changed or removed, I presume that Roger Draper himself (or someone under his instruction) is editing for the content.
You have not explained why you have removed fully attributed and cited additions, you have added further uncited claims, and the article is clearly distorted favorably and promotional (reading more as a personal Curriculum vitae for an Employment agency).
I would therefore advise reading Creating an article about yourself, especially the opening sentence: "Writing an autobiography on Wikipedia is strongly discouraged, unless your writing has been approved by other editors in the community..." and "... Avoid writing or editing an article about yourself, other than to correct unambiguous errors of fact."
If I do ever add anything that is incorrect, distorted or unverified, you just need to discuss it here first...?
