Neighborhood geography[edit]

Commercial sources provided conflicting information about the boundaries of Rognel Heights and names of surrounding neighborhoods. I relied on two maps published by the City of Baltimore, which are included in the source references I used. Both of the city maps identify Edmondson Village as the neighborhood on the east side of Rognel Heights and Uplands as the neighborhood to the south. Some of the commercial sources describe Edmondson Village as a much larger area, encompassing Rognel Heights and the surrounding neighborhoods. I prefer the official City of Baltimore sources.
