I made a number of changes based on this comment [1] at the Wikipedia:Neutral point of view/Noticeboard. I think this article is better sourced now, and more neutral. Self explanatory as these are two separate articles on the same topic. (Texas) should be merged into (Texas politician) as the later is much more developed (albeit disputed in part).
