map[edit]

The map showing the borough's location in Dauphin County may not be ideal. Royalton sits right on the bank of the Susquehanna River but on this map it appears to be inland. "Appears" is the key word - at least in this particular area the political boundaries made by the Susquehanna are defined by its western shore, rather than the thalweg, so that Dauphin County extends all the way to the far shore. If Roylaton's borders DON'T reach to the other side this map may be accurate. (Actually, I'm sure it is.) The Susquehanna is something like a mile wide at this point - a massive landmark. I wonder if it might be helpful to somehow indicate the river on the little map. PurpleChez (talk) 14:33, 4 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
