Contrary to the statement made by the template placed in this section, there are clear criteria: like with all other communities, we list anyone and everyone who either (1) has an article that says that they live or lived in Ruidoso, or (2) is clearly notable (e.g. professional sportspeople or legislators) and carries a reference tying them to Ruidoso.
