POV claim[edit]

It's unclear what the POV issue is at this article. I have removed material about the upkeep of the building that could be considered POV. Other than that, the article is rather dryly factual, with all statement supported by sources. POV tag has been removed. Alansohn 05:28, 30 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
