Initial beginnings[edit]

A page I started as I'm familiar with the area, and none one had added this Rural Municipality yet. While it is still a stub at the moment I do plan to add more information as I can confirm my references with exact citations. SkarmCA (talk) 21:34, 27 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
