I can explain the notability. Basically it was the first Russian political tribune in the Internet. So now it is the oldest. Second, its authors are hundreds of culture and politial actors of all directions. Third, it can be considered as think tank. Fourth, its chief editor is Gleb Pavlovsky. Sorry, will continue tomorrow.
