Beaulieu by Charles Perrault[edit]

  • Perrault, Charles (1701), Les hommes illustres qui ont paru en France pendant ce siècle - avec leur portraits au naturel (in French), vol. 2 (2 vols. folio ed.), Paris, pp. 43–44

I have take the French passage in Charles Perrault's short biography on Sébastien Pontault de Beaulieu and run it through an OCR/Google translation process. If someone wants to expand this article they may find it a useful place to start, although

  • Ozell, John, Characters historical panegyrical of the Greatest men that have appeared in France during the last century 1704–5 (2 volumes 8vo ed.) [vol. 2] (1705) (English translation of this work)

would be of more use (if a copy of volume 2 can be found).

I have left space in the table for someone to provide a better translation if they wish to take the time to do it -- PBS (talk) 14:55, 4 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Beaulieu's Images of Catalonia (new user)[edit]

First time editor on wiki here (wanted to put something here to draw attention in case of mistakes in content or format). While I lack *textual* sources, Beaulieu has several works regarding Catalonia post-Reapers' War (itself an element of the Thirty Years' War) on the BNF (French National Library) that seem worth adding or noting on his page. Seemed like a good first editing opportunity! ComplementaryWater (talk) 14:36, 5 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
