Fair use rationale for Image:Saksi03.JPG[edit]

Image:Saksi03.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 11:57, 6 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Anchors[edit]

Good day. I am quite doubtful of what was stated here. I cannot be so sure to believe that Luchi Cruz-Valdez and Bernadette Sembrano became anchors of the program but I've believed for so long that they were only substitute anchors here. In fact no archive was found (maybe undiscovered yet) that they became anchors of such, although I can somehow believe that the latter anchored the program in 2003 since she visibly irked and walked out from the program when co-anchor Arnold Clavio (then a substitue anchor) read a statement from GMA's refusal of airing an episode of The Probe Team (where Sembrano is one of the hosts)[1][2]. On Cruz-Valdez, no archive was found to prove it and the only thing available here is that only Mel Tiangco and Jay Sonza were the anchors from 1998-1999 (it is actually the year on the title is wrong) as it is long believed.[3]That's all thank you

edit: Also, some interim anchors I guess, weren't interim at all since they only pinch hitted only for a short period time, although yes they frequently pinch hit for the program (some of them) You're session has expired (talk) 14:56, 26 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Italics[edit]

@WayKurat:, please read Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Text formatting#Italic type. If you ever mention 24 Oras, Saksi or any major works of art and artifice, such as albums, books, video games, films, musicals, operas, symphonies, paintings, sculptures, newspapers, journals, magazines, epic poems, plays, television programs or series, radio shows, comics and comic strips. Please don't forget to use italics. Thank you! Hotwiki (talk) 11:16, 30 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

If you are pointing that I should use italics if another TV show is mentioned, then why did you remove ALL of my additions? Because it is "trivial" to you? Have you even read the whole article and didn't realize that something is missing? Why did Mike Enriquez left Saksi in 1998? Why did Vicky Morales left Saksi in 2014? Did they left the network? Or did they just went on to their lives and resigned from GMA? You basically removed the context on WHY did they left the newscast. It's in the sources that I have added and yet you STILL removed them! -WayKurat (talk) 12:05, 30 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Show me a rule in Wikipedia that the context of them leaving the show is "trivial". -WayKurat (talk) 12:07, 30 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I don't think anything was missing. I don't see the need to mention for anchors joining another news show, especially if it is still under the same network and it was why those trivial information, were removed in the first place. Its trivial and only tv fanatics pay to that attention in my opinion. Now you can freely mention those "moves" in the career section of those anchors in their respective Wikipedia articles. Not using the talkpage[edit]

@WayKurat: if you are going to revert an edit with an edit summary, "wait until this is resolved in the talk page". Then might as well discuss it in the talk page. Weren't you edit warring in this article, and if you were blocked for it before? Hotwiki (talk) 12:07, 30 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Oh wait, I must spoken too soon. Nevermind. Hotwiki (talk) 12:08, 30 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You are the one that is triggering another edit war. Can you please stop reverting any edit from other editors until it is resolved? Being aggressive to other editors just to point out what you want in this article resolves NOTHING! And please dont' shoot yourself in the foot. You were also blocked for edit warring. Not to mention the numerous ANI reports about your behavior against other editors. -WayKurat (talk)
What edit war?, those sentences you restored were removed several weeks ago. And today before you restored those deleted sentences, I made simple minor edits in the articles.[1] and you can see my last edit, before those edits was on March 24, 2024. So what edit war? Also I didn't get any punishment fyi, for those ANI reports I received this March 2024 and you can read how those Ani reports ended. So you bringing that up here sounds like assuming bad faith. And I wasn't blocked for editing this article, you did though so I simply reminded you not to do it again.Hotwiki (talk) 12:22, 30 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Weren't you edit warring in this article, and if you were blocked for it before? Bringing this up alone says you are doing this in bad faith. Are you assuming that restoring some of the texts you removed is already "bad faith" in your eyes? May I remind you that you are the one that caused me to get blocked last year. You used the 3RR technicality and informed admins about that. -WayKurat (talk) 12:25, 30 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah thats what happened. I hope you learned the lesson. Anyway, like I said, those sentences you restored were already removed several weeks ago. Its not like they were removed today and I also made one revert in this article, as of today. So how is that edit warring? Hotwiki (talk) 12:32, 30 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Also based from this revert[2], WayKurat is still NOT following Manual of Guide, when it comes to using italics for Tv show titles? That just shows @WayKurat: isn't willing to cooperate with other editors especially those they have issues with. Hotwiki (talk) 12:43, 30 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah that's what happened. I hope you learned the lesson. Are you provoking me again?? Look who's talking who is not willing to cooperate. And you are very proud that you got me blocked just by the 3RR technicality. You have been warned several times about edit warring but you still don't listen. Now you are saying that I'm not "cooperative" just because I didn't follow MOS per your interpretation? And you want to use another 3RR technicality to get me blocked again? You have discouraged a lot of good faith editors for the Philippine TV/radio articles because of your shenanigans. Most of the GMA Network articles are not improving because you keep on removing what you think is "trivial". Even if there are provided sources, you STILL remove them, just like in this case. There are other editors that want these articles to be readable and informative but because of your behavior, they are now discouraged in editing any articles that you are involved with. Maybe you should start reflecting on your behavior for the past 10+ years of editing here towards other editors that just want to improve articles they are knowledgeable about. -WayKurat (talk) 12:59, 30 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
This is my last response on this topic. Seems everytime I brought this up, its only falling on deaf ears. -WayKurat (talk) 13:00, 30 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
