POV check and sources[edit]

This article seems to have been written by staff and students (or their parents). Descriptions of the students of this school as "talented" is out of place in an encyclopedia as are unsourced references to personal disputes between staff members. The article requires a significant re-write as most of the material here is irrelevant to an encyclopedia. The article also requires citation of sources for all significant statements.

Indeed, again it looks like well-intentioned students have authored the latest version on the article, promoting the school and name-checking their peers. As an alumnus dropping in, I have just performed a general clean-up with a "Extra-Curricular Activities" section as a slight concession to recent contributors, but something that will probably need further work/clean-up. The history of the Salesian School in Chertsey is actually much richer than available internet sources suggest and any further information about the school's past, particularly a full list of headmasters from 1921, photographs of the old Highfield Road buildings, chapels and information about the order/convent (with the appropriate citation of verified sources) would be greatly appreciated by other Wikipedia users, I'm sure.
