Salora (Finnish company) → Salora Oy – The only other article named "Salora" on the English Wikipedia is Salora International, an unrelated Indian company. As "Oy" is short for the Finnish word "osakeyhtiö" (limited company) and does not mean "company" in general, this serves as a natural disambiguation just like "International" serves for the Indian company.
