Jimmymc1979 (talk) 01:18, 16 July 2011 (UTC)I would propose removing the reference to "salsa" The article currently states that salsa criolla is a "South American version of salsa". Since Salsa merely means Spanish, this makes no sense. I know in the US "Salsa" often means a spicy tomato/onion sauce, but that is not the correst meaning. This not a version of salsa, it is a salsa.[reply]
