Article Bias

We should be careful about including phrases such as "Brownback is widely considered the front-runner for the Republican nomination, and leads in general election polling to date." from the lead. Until very recently Brownback was the only candidate running for Governor of Kansas, particularly in articles about politicians WP:BLP and WP:NPOV should be rigorously enforced. Information such as the aforementioned section of the lead while technically true can be very misleading. 24.124.119.243 (talk) 01:02, 18 February 2010 (UTC)

Thanks for your comment. Every resource that I have read as well as numerous neutral analysts have indicated that Brownback strongly favored to win the GOP nomination. He leads in all general election polling to date and the non-partisan CQ Politics, Cook Political Report, and others have indicated that he is likely to be the next Governor of Kansas.
I agree that this article is highly biased. I suspect it has been either written or revised to deliberately favor Brownback's public image. Several notable controversies involving Brownback are not mentioned anywhere. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.102.47.174 (talk) 03:32, 17 October 2010 (UTC)
