This article is specifically about the shrine structure. For the state of consciousness in Hinduism see the disambiguation page at the top of the page, namely Samadhi. Also do not change sentences that are followed by references. Finally the mention that those buried in a samadhi (shrine) are often said to have been in a state of samadhi at the time of death is already stated in the second paragraph -- and does not belong in the lead also. Problem with Using Russian Wikipedia Article[edit]
The problem with the suggested proposal to expand the article by translating the Russian Wikipedia article on the same topic is that the Russian article has no references for verification. Dazedbythebell (talk) 11:27, 12 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The Russian article has this reference: [1]; I do not know whether it would support any additional information.
Generally a page is not permanently tagged for not using the text of another language. I hope you are not implying it remain tagged until a Russian reader not only reads the Russian article in Russian, translates it, but goes looking for reliable sources to back it up. For all we know the Russian article was made up. It is not hard to use Google translate on it. And it is interesting. Johnsoniensis does not know enough Russian to translate more than a short phrase or two and the search for sources would be best left to a editor who knew at least one Indian language as well as English.
