adding tables of Wins summaries & Runner up info[edit]

I've added tables for Wins & Runner up Samoa Sevens team - so it is all in one page in one article as it is a bit confusing jumping from 7 different countries in the IRB Sevens, with really long names, to get all the info on one team.
