This page should be deleted as soon as possible. The entire page is a ridiculous prose of baseless claims and (likely) made up statistics. I actually came across this researching multi-level marketing company Neways, which Dr. Epstein is quoted extolling (e.g. [1], [2]). Neways has previously been found guilty of using misleading marketing material ([3]). This Wikipedia page could be an attempt to lend some credibility to Neway's claims about cosmetic products.
