Reliability of source 10 manila bulletin[edit]

Hello! I was wondering what you guys think of the reliability of this source. As it seems to be an OPED article. I tried to research a bit on the article's author, but they didn't fit the guidelines laid out in Wikipedia:NEWSORG. Given that I am considering deleting content that cite this article due to this unreliability. Thanks!
