He is clearly notable, but not necessarily for all the right reasons. I see there is a well sourced paragraph in Metro-Link Express for Gandhinagar and_Ahmedabad#Controversy about his arrest for alleged fraud. Sionk (talk) 13:28, 26 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
