Which map to use?[edit]

I noticed that Howard the Duck replaced the Map of Manila with a map of congressional districts. Is this a better map? It shows clearly the location of Sta Mesa but in the red highlighted bit the map includes areas outside of Sta Mesa. I have added the Map of Manila in as another option. Dates would be helpful[edit]
