You don't flee from political violence, unless you're the subject of such violence. No evidence has been presented that Collins and her family was the subject of such violence. I've changed it to "migrated", until such evidence is provided. In the reference, she says her family was "forced to leave" in 1976. That's an oft-used euphemism in Jamaica for families who didn't like the increasing violence, and left with a heavy heart. Mikesiva (talk) 16:37, 29 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
