Too broad[edit]

I feel like currently this article is discussing issues of plastic bag impact on the environment and plastic bag litigation at large - which is useful information but seems like it is better relegated to other articles, such as the article on plastic bags, or a subarticle on plastic bag litigation in general, linking to this one. Deleting Sections[edit]

I will be deleting the research for and against plastic bags section. It is not about the case. I will move it to a sandbox in case someone else wants to use the information for another article. Deleting "Other Plastic Bag" section[edit]

I will be deleting the Other Plastic Bag Litigation section within the next few days. It is not relevant to the case being discussed.
