External links[edit]

At the moment, there's an external link leading to a store that keeps being added back in by a user with the same name as the store. Links that lead to other stores keep getting removed by aformentioned user. I'm not entirely sure whether or not these links are appropriate.

As far as I can see, the links are to an online store but seem pretty inoccuous. I looked at some of them and the Schleich homesite. The Schleich homesite is actually a little hard to navigate and they don't sell direct to the public.

I don't mind this.

Sorry, first post was me. Forgot to sign it. That being said, a warning was tagged to ClassicToysNYC's talk page, saying "Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that exist to attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. Seems to me that's all these links are. Saberclaw 02:15, 28 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The links to online stores selling these items fail our WP:external links guidelines and are not appropriate for an encyclopedia. They should not be re-added. -- Siobhan Hansa 21:53, 28 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I've tried to add a link to the forum of Schleich collectors to the article, but it was deleted. What have I done wrong? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kirill180 (talkcontribs) 15:44, 9 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You forgot to read the WP:External links guideline. Links to discussion forums should be avoided. --Iohannes Animosus (talk) 00:31, 10 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Mr Kramers hair[edit]

I bought the country house and stable for my granddaughter but Mr Kramer doesn’t have any hair. I realise that he should have hair as the illustration on the box shows him with hair. Can I get the hair and connect it. My granddaughter loves the set and plays with it regularly. You should contact the company directly about this. We are writing an encyclopedia about Schleich and millions of other subjects, we have no connection to or influence on the company though, we are not their official website. Fram (talk) 12:58, 27 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
