Hello. The source is Motion Picture Copyright Descriptions. Download what is being asked for on the page and see that the copyright plot of Scrambled Eggs is the same as this Commonwealth TV reissue that titled the cartoon as Closer than a Brother: https://www.loc.gov/item/s1229m03566/.
