If we're having equal topic disambiguation this should be at Seacliff, which currently redirects to Seacliff, Scotland. If the Scottish one is to have primary topic status as that redirect suggests someone wants, it should be moved to Seacliff with a note at the top linking to the disambig. Furthermore, Seacliff, Scotland is mistitled. It should be at Seacliff, East Lothian, if anything. What a mess....
