Seans love for Tanya[edit]

I think he does love for her and care for her, since he first arrived in the square. He didnt love any of his previous girlfriends but he loved her and she used him,, Like he had used his past girlfriends i.e. Ruby. I think that is incredibly sad. Poor sean. --89.240.100.135 (talk) 13:52, 7 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Personality[edit]

This section is coming over as editor opinion. It needs sourcing. We cant state that Sean is one of the soap's most complex characters unless someone else states it first. Quotes from Kazinsky are not sourced either, and it needs a little rewriting for inappropriate language. So i'm preserving it until a time when we can address all that and reinclude.

Sean Slater is one of the soap's most complex characters. Though on the surface highly contemptuous and manipulative, as actor Rob Kazinsky commented, "He has many hidden layers." Indeed, a softer side is evident towards younger sister Stacey, who he has assumed a very paternal role with. He is fiercely protective of his sibling, and often finds himself fighting her various boyfriends, although he does seem to have come to an understanding with her husband, Bradley Branning. His closeness with Stacey is linked to him leaving the family home following the death of their father; she had to cope with the burden of their mentally ill mother Jean alone. He seems to be hiding feelings of immense guilt about what happened and thus this a contributory factor to his apparent nature. Further evidence that there is more to him than meets the eye is his kind treatment of Tanya Branning following the breakdown of her marriage. Though a character seemingly so full of hate, Rob Kazinsky remarked, "The only person who he really hates is himself."Gungadin 20:53, 9 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I added CN tags to it a few weeks back on the hope that someone would add sources where Rob Kazinsky said those things about his character.
I agree the section looks nothing but an editors opinion on the character, I was gonna delete it a few weeks back. Dan the Man1983 (talk) 17:57, 13 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Roxy and Sean question[edit]

I don't know when the exact date they got married was, but is it possible that she and Sean could have gotten an annulment based on fraud? (Her lying about him being Amy's father). Arjoccolenty (talk) 23:56, 17 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Unless there is a reliable source, it is irrelevant. Why have you reinstated the question mark? Flat Out let's discuss it 03:28, 19 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

On the Mitchell family page it says 2008-13 so why is there a ? It is either on this page and roxys page changed to 13 or the family paged changed to ? Because it doesnt add up — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dazza20006 (talkcontribs) 19:01, 11 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Ah, I don't watch the family page so I didn't see it. Thanks for that, I've now changed their page--5 albert square (talk) 19:45, 11 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

2019 reintroduction[edit]

Why is only Kate Oates listed as the introducer for 2019? Isn't it joint between her and Jon Sen?-- 5 albert square (talk) 17:36, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
