As someone else has already pointed out, the reason for deletion ("and the artist doesn't have an article") is incorrect. Jay Farrar is a significant artist, one of the pioneers of the modern alt-country movement since the 1980s, and has had a wikipedia page since 2004, and the album itself was well-regarded (e.g. 4 stars at allmusic).
