History of the City[edit]

I have moved the section "History of the City of Selat Panjang" from the article on "Kepulauan Meranti Regency" to this article on "Selat Panjang". The section is very badly written (by someone whose first language is clearly not English!) to the point of being incomprehensible, and needs to be re-written.
