These are two distinct streams; the former is a tributary of the latter. However, much of the early contributions on this page did not make this distinction. (For watershed management purposes, Montgomery County DEP groups the two streams together as one unit.) The Seneca Creek State Park is located adjacent to Great Seneca Creek. I've added text describing Great Seneca Creek as a tributary and created a redirect page for it. If someone would like to write a separate page for Great Seneca Creek, please remove the redirect page. I also described & linked Little Seneca Creek & Dry Seneca Creek (future page).
