Fair use rationale for Image:SeraphimFallsLiamNeeson.JPG

Image:SeraphimFallsLiamNeeson.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Gay film?

The history of the article indicates this is film deals with issues of homosexuality a`la Brokeback Mountain. Was that vandalism or accurate? WNW3 (talk) 01:40, 18 January 2008 (UTC)

I checked on IMDB, not seeing any reference to that. I'm guessing vandalism but havn't seen the movie myself.WNW3 (talk) 01:45, 18 January 2008 (UTC)

I own a copy and have read most of the reviews I can find. No mention of homosexuality in the surrounding texts, and no hints whatsoever in the film itself. If there's anything, it's subtle to the point of non-existence. Mystery Cat (talk) 01:10, 15 March 2008 (UTC)
