This person matches the notability guidelines. Specifically:

I believe that is sufficient in and of it self.
I believe that the articles listed are sufficient, I also believe that it would not be difficult to use the two other sources to find further sources.

I disagree, it fails the specific criteria of WP:BIO1E and arguably WP:CRIME as well. Being in the papers for a single criminal event does not warrant an encyclopedia article and does not meet the notability guidelines. - SudoGhost 04:54, 16 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
