PROD removal justification[edit]

I found plenty of information in Ulrich's about the periodical, including its peer-review status and the databases in which it is indexed. Although the journal is not to be found in traditionally North American/European databases (such as LOC, OCLC, JSTOR, etc.), I don't believe that makes it non-notable.
