Sources[edit]

As at Old revision of Shah Niamatullah (17:18, 22 December 2019‎) The article has 3 sources. Hasan (2017) and Mahbubur(2009) seem only passing mention of Shrine/grave. The Banglapedia source, despite being a Wiki, is likely WP:RS as Wiki is not open access and claim to represent National Encyclopedia of Bangladesh seems credible.Djm-leighpark (talk)

Possible close paraphrasing[edit]

I believe that as at Old revision of Shah Niamatullah the lede+biography way be too closely paraphrased to [[1]]. It feels a little like simple re-arrangements and word substitutions, e.g. saint->wali and a couple of pieces omitted. It is unclear if the source work copyright protected or free for use, it may be public domain or something in which case there may no issue.Djm-leighpark (talk) 17:56, 22 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

To be frank it still looks like you've just tinkered with a few words and inserted a couple of sentences to the lede, see[2]. The fundamental issues I am seeing and the bit of idiosyncratic English remain in common, as does the underlying 1 to 1 match of the sentences. I am minded you are to a degree not helped by only having a single small source supporting the bulk of your content apart from the grave/shrine. In particular read WP:LIMITED and The article does not copy any creative words or phrases, similes or metaphors. But it needs a pair of eyes other than mine to look at this. Also you could try asking at WP:TEAHOUSE for opinions. Additional sources would help (though if you continue to paraphrase it might be a problem). Redirect, merge or disambiguate[edit]

In the process or considering additional sources/citation for this article I have stumbled across the fact I believe it is possible but not certain this article relates or is the same person as the mature article Shah Nimatullah Wali or otherwise needs a distinguishment from it. I'll leave it for others to make that call. In the interim here are some possible (note possible) sources:

Djm-leighpark Though, the name of the two persons almost similiar but they are not same (Before creating I have also thought they are two different names of same person) . I think my logic will eradicate your suspicions. Shah Nimatullah Wali's shrine is in Mahan, Iran. But, Shah Niamatullah's shrine is in Dhaka.

Explanation of change 969472470[edit]

@UserNumber: As part of change [7] which was unsummarised and incorrectly marked as WP:MINOR the subject's name was changed from Shah Niamatullah to Shah Niamatullah Butshikan,perhaps an alias. I do see Butshikan is an honorific suffix (silly me not spotting earlier). Per my best understanding of MOS:HONORIFIC and MOS:ISLAMHON this should not be used in the title; unless there is a very specific reason.Djm-leighpark (talk) 19:05, 25 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
