Update this article[edit]

Since 2020, there have been many changes to this company due to their financial difficulties. It defaulted on loan repayments and no longer owns SMCP, it is in the process of losing its ownership in The LYCRA Company due to repayment default, several of its acquisitions have gone bankrupt or are facing bankruptcy. Examples: Trinity Group, Renown, Gieves and Hawkes. The article as it stands, ends at the peak of Ruyi’s acquisition spree.
