"First Shaughnessy"[edit]

This name is used multiple times, applied to the older section of the neighbourhood--but is this an actual name or simply bad English? I grew up in Vancouver and never heard it, and, as a general descriptor for an older part of a neighbourhood, sounds wonky in the manner of someyhing directly-translated from another language who doesn't realise how strange it sounds to a native speaker. 66.130.100.34 (talk) 10:53, 9 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, nevermind, its actually correct. I might add a short section explaining the name, what it is and its origin, after some research, since it still sounds extremely odd to me. 66.130.100.34 (talk) 01:17, 10 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Shaughnessy's boundaries are missing the part of the golf course which was only for residents crossed Oak to Willow from 33rd Ave to 37th Ave .[edit]

Then Eric Hamber should be included in Shaughnessy's schools along with Point Grey. 209.121.228.220 (talk) 12:56, 28 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
