Why is this place called Gum Springs? Is there a snatural spring somewhere? I've looked and I haven't seen it. J. D. Redding 19:39, 29 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

extreme zoning restriction[edit]

"Officials in Shawnee, Kansas, even criminalize roommates: A 2022 ordinance makes it illegal for friends to split rent in single-family residential zones." - https://reason.com/2023/01/11/zoning-police-continue-to-find-new-ways-to-punish-the-poor/?utm_medium=email2600:6C67:1C00:5F7E:D12:A209:1FA2:FF82 (talk) 23:56, 12 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I see your point. Reason, although it has editorial review, is known to be a Libertarian political magazine. Can you find a more mainstream source so we can include this? KC Star perhaps? Grey Wanderer (talk) 19:56, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
