Trump visit as coatrack[edit]

I've removed the recently added material about the Trump visit. It is simply undue in context of this article. While it might be historical to say Trump, as the president, visited the site, the rest of the section drove into needless political commentary and Trump related criticism that is undue in context of this article about a chemical facility.
