Prod Removal[edit]

I removed the prod template. Shlock Rock has over 20?? albums, and in addition, they are big in the kiruv movement. Shlock Rock certainly meets criteria for a Wiki entry. Yossiea (talk) 22:21, 28 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. Shlock Rock is a notable modern Jewish band, and their presence is well known, even if not popular. DRosenbach (Talk | Contribs) 22:29, 28 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
That's cool; I stumbled upon it and noticed the dearth of reliable sources or clear information about notability. Could you slap two or three sources on this article, just so the next person to come upon this article doesn't make the same mistake? -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 22:37, 28 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I was at a concert they had on the night of 1/31/09 at the RocHouse. Lenny said they had something like 30 or 40 CDs out. - DGoldstein —Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.52.130.50 (talk) 06:53, 1 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

American?[edit]

Is Shlock Rock an American band? I don't think so. They perform all rock and roll music, or all classical music, not just American classical music, and the members don't live in America. (Just take a look at their parodies, Elton John and the Beatles are not American) Sir Joseph (talk) 05:08, 22 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
