Manchester Cancelled Shows

Concert Tours always have their own page on wikipedia, check other artists. concert tours are massive enterprises that gross huge amounts of money and are seen by thousands of people, they are deserving of their own page. Ksood91 (talk) 08:26, 21 April 2011 (UTC)

Merging S:THT with S:TGHT

On September 17, 2011, Status redirected the Showgirl: Homecoming article to the Showgirl: Greatest Hits article. He also cut/paste the information from here to the Showgirl: Greatest Hits article as well. I reverted this edit as I feel there should have been a discussion in place, FIRST, before any changes we made. Please feel fee to add your thoughts. • Oppose: From watching Minouge's tour documentary, it appears she wanted to make a separation from the greatest hits tour, to primarily focus on her achievements in Australia. I think it's evident in the film Minogue and her team saw this as a different tour and not a continuation. This is the reason why I am opposing the article move/merge. • Support: I think that regardless of whether there was a gap between the two legs of the show, they were essentially one in the same entity. They feature almost identical setlists, with almost identical staging and choreography, and any changes that were made (e.g. costumes) can be noted in a new section on the main article.   • Comment It has nothing to do with gaps in the show. nearly every Cher and Tina Turner tour has identical setlists, yet they are separate tours. A tour is more than staging and a setlist. Oppose: Showgirl happened before Kylie was diagnosed with cancer. The 2 shows are VERY different, some songs from showgirl were not performed in Showgirl:Homecoming.
