Very poor reviews on UK Trustpilot and reviews.io[edit]

Judging by the terrible feedback on the UK Trustpilot and Reviews.io. It appears the site is full of scammers and the shpock contact, customer service, payment timescales and conflict resolution is very inadequate. Perhaps a section should be added regarding criticism. I googled 'Is Shpock safe?' and was very surprised. Andrew ranfurly (talk) 12:45, 30 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
