Merger proposal[edit]

I propose that Şengal Resistance Units be merged into Sinjar Resistance Units. Both articles seem to be about the same group but uses the Arabic name, Sinjar, while the other uses the Kurdish name, Shingal (Şengal). You can see that on the Sinjar Resistance Units page it shows the Kurdish translation, Yekîneyên Berxwedana Şengalê‎, which is also shown exactly the same on Şengal Resistance Units. Also Şengal Resistance Units doesn't make any sense and seems to have been translated from another language. — Preceding unsigned comment added by RefugeeCamp (talkcontribs) 22:13, 2 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

"non-political"?[edit]

Hello,

I really doubt that the militia is non-political, since it's an offshoot of the PKK. I'd suggest to remove that.--Ermanarich (talk) 20:23, 27 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Rojava as an opponent?[edit]

The YBS has not declared Rojava an opponent. In fact, YBS and YPG, which control Rojava, are allied. Xkpm (talk) 14:00, 1 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Not Rojava but the Rojava Peshmerga, a military unit controlled by the right-wing Kurdish National Council party! Vif12vf/Tiberius (talk) 18:34, 1 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
