Updating this page so it is no longer a stub[edit]
Hi, I’m Shaun and I work at Sirius Real Estate. I saw that the page is currently a stub so have drafted a more complete page incorporating some major updates and areas that are currently missing from the page. Happy to share my suggestions with an editor. Shoskins02 (talk) 11:08, 12 May 2023 (UTC)

- Thanks – I’ve split out the areas and reasons for changes below. There’s quite a lot of information not included in the current page that I’ve added here. I have done some research, and this should look like other FTSE 250 pages.

Sirius Real Estate is a large property company investing in business parks in Germany and the United Kingdom. The company is dual primary listed on the London Stock Exchange as a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index [2], and on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. [3]
The company was established in February 2007, and was listed on the Alternative Investment Market in May 2007.[4] In 2014, the company launched a listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.[5] In March 2017, the company transferred to the main markets of the London Stock Exchange and Johannesburg Stock Exchange. In March 2019, the company entered into a joint venture to invest in business parks in Germany with AXA Investment Managers. [6] In September 2019, the company entered the FTSE250 Index. In November 2021, the company acquired UK business parks operator BizSpace Group for £245m.[7]
The company owns and manages a portfolio of 150 properties in Germany and the UK, with a total portfolio value of £2.1 billion as at 31 March 2023. It offers conventional and flexible workspaces for rent to small, medium sized and large businesses.[8] Sirius Real Estate operates two divisions: [9] The company manages its 78 business parks in Germany through Sirius Facilities. Acquired by Sirius Real Estate in 2021, BizSpace owns and operates business parks in the UK, with 71 sites.
In 2010, the company appointed Andrew Coombs as its CEO. Prior to joining Sirius, Coombs worked at Regus and in the British Army.[10]

- Thanks for reviewing and updating. On note 3 (BizSpace), BizSpace doesn't have its own Wikipedia page but it doesn't seem worth creating a separate page for it, given it's now part of Sirius. It's one of the most significant updates for the company in the past few years, is there a way this can be included in the page if BizSpace doesn't have its own Wiki page? BizSpace acquisition[edit]
Hi, my name is Shaun, I’m an employee at Sirius Real Estate. I have previously worked with Spintendo and Dormskirk on keeping the article accurate with up-to-date notable information and would like to seek some advice on updating the article, revisiting the acquisition of Bizspace.
In 2021 the company acquired a new business, BizSpace Ltd, one of the most significant updates to the company in recent years. The deal was covered in highly-distributed and trustworthy media including The Times in the UK. Previously adding this has been discussed but a clear conclusion was not reached.
In the spirit of ensuring Wikipedia remains an accurate source of information, I wanted to work with the community to make this change. I have included a web link to coverage in The Times
I’d be grateful if an experienced editor could provide some further assistance in making this change and adding a short sentence to the article.
