Skylines are a distinct form of query and not an SQL concept - rather, that's just the language used to express the concept here. I don't think the two have anything approaching a reasonable overlap, and skyline queries have generated a substantial enough volume of independent research over decades to warrant a (maybe even better!) entry on WP, I think.
