Smoke-Free Air ActNew Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act – This law is far from being the only law named 'Smoke-free air act', as evidenced by the hatnote at the top of the page. NYC's smoking law is a clear example. I don't see any evidence that the New Jersey law is the primary topic for the term. Even the NJ GASP (based in New Jersey) refers to the law as the "New Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act". The signage for the act also includes "New Jersey" in the name.
