Tech evolution, wedding snap > EverSnap > Snappr??[edit]

Hello all, today I received a marketing email from Snappr, and it reminded me that my younger brother and his family and kids used to use a service - before it went under approx 2yrs ago - called EverSnap... Doing a little research and trying to remember how Snappr acquired and then basically killed EverSnap I thought, I noticed that there is no Wikipedia article for EverSnap. Also an article from 2013 from a news website says that Wedding Snap became EverSnap, and I see that EverSnap actually still has just an app now and the domain EverSnapApp. Shouldn't some of all this history be in the first section of the Snappr Wikipedia article??
