–WP:PRIMARYTOPIC, and all the other pages listed at the disambiguation page are already disambiguated in some way. The current title is especially bad, since there don't seem to be any other Sokolovs in the Czech Republic to disambiguate from (at least not with articles on en.wikipedia). - filelakeshoe (t / c) 11:06, 30 May 2013 (UTC)
- Oppose. If I had to pick the primary topic out of all entries on that disambiguation page, I'd go with Sokolov (surname) (which is in the top ten of the most popular last names in Russia alone), not a small town in the Czech Republic. I'm for leaving the dab where it is. The article on the Czech town, on the other hand, could use a move to a title which does not employ parentheses (are there other localities in the Czech Republic called "Sokolov"? - Using just the country as a disambiguator would not be enough to distinguish between the town and Sokolov District, I presume. (Sokolov, Czech Republic redirects here, though.) The convention for Czech municipalities seems to include the district name in parentheses instead of the more commonly used comma notation. Jafeluv (talk) 12:54, 10 June 2013 (UTC)

- Yeah, I agree that the town can't really be considered the primary topic here. The surname is the fifth most popular in Russia according to List of the most common surnames in Europe, and we have a lot of articles on people named Sokolov. The town article does get more traffic than the surname article [1][2], but it's certainly not "more likely than all the other topics combined" as required for primary topic.
