Why do you consider this to be advertising? It just lists the features of the phone; it doesn't say whether those features are good or otherwise. The fact that you initially consider it to have met the speedy deletion criteria are frankly baffling. Read it again. Add constructive things if you like, but please don't mark a perfectly good article for deletion! Thanks.
